He has worked with universities across India, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Southeast Asia, supporting the design and execution of structured internationalization frameworks that deliver measurable outcomes.
His expertise includes internationalization strategy, transnational education (TNE), global partnerships, student recruitment, and research collaboration — with a strong focus on bridging academia, research, and industry.
Dr. Baksi has mentored undergraduate and postgraduate students for over 8 years across International Business Management, Leadership, Sales & Marketing, and Management — guiding more than 800 students through global partnerships, collaborative research systems, and industry-aligned development.
